CTUB 3.0T Rods - re-bushed for 20mm pins.
-- SKF PTFE composite straight bushing 20x22x20 # PCM 202220 B
- CALA 3.2 Pistons 20mm pin
-- Skirts trimmed to clear crank counterweights
CALA 3.2 Crank
CTUB Crank sensor (cala 3.2 one will not work, was a scary no start for a day :wah: )

Started to get the bottom end assembled. Next step is sorting the R&L pistons/rods. Thinking about getting some ARP rod bolts...
-3.2 CALA block 85.5mm bore
-3.2 Crank 92.8mm stroke
-12.9 Main bolts. Used the 4.0T 3-step torque (30nm+50nm+90*)
-3.0T OEM Main bearings
-3.0T OEM 153mm Rods w/ SKF PTFE Composit 20mm bushings
-Victor Reinz spring based rear main seal 068103051G
-3.2 Non-Vac Water pump

After first runs, it sounded like somthing was off and had timing codes. I must not had enough tq on the bolt on the adjustable timing gear. Re-timed.

First drive was 300miles, would not heat up.

3.2 vs 3.0T thermostat. Inverted design. There is a retention hole to keep the 3.0t one aligned. There is 3.8mm hole drilled 5.3mm deep on the 3.0T block. Both 3.2 and 3.0T have the same thermostat deck height to the machined flat surfaced inside. Both had a depth of 62.xx mm Just a matter of drilling the hole for the thermostat to push from keeping it aligned.
